Rosemond Perdue is a global media executive and strategic advisor with deep expertise in Korean and Japanese content and a strong track record of launching Asian IP into the international spotlight. She is the Founder and CEO of Breakthrough Now Media, a cross-cultural consultancy she created to connect Asia and the U.S. through strategic content marketing, partnerships, and international business development for broadcasters, production companies, and global IP holders.

With over two decades of experience, she served as VP of Sales & Marketing at Small World IFT, representing leading Asian broadcasters including CJ ENM, JTBC, TV Asahi, and Jiangsu Satellite Broadcasting. Earlier in her career, she co-founded Bungalow 3, an award winning female owned Los Angeles entertainment marketing firm with clients such as Sony, Disney, CBS, and Discovery where she helped shape campaigns for international rollouts and channel launches. As co-founder of Rock and Rose Studios, Rosemond is dedicated to empowering creators worldwide, forging new opportunities for diverse stories and IP in the global entertainment landscape.

Jess Khanom is a highly accomplished entertainment executive with over 25 years of experience shaping the global film and television landscape. A leader in content sales and format development, she has worked across scripted and unscripted formats, series, movies, co-productions, and acquisitions, holding key positions at industry giants such as Twentieth Century Fox and Warner Bros.

Jess has played a pivotal role in driving innovation and expansion in the entertainment sector. She spearheaded the launch of the Formats Division at Fox Networks Channels Group before its acquisition by Disney. As the Global Head of Scripted Formats at Twentieth Century Fox, she led strategic initiatives to expand scripted formats across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. During her tenure at Warner Bros., she oversaw format sales in EMEA, successfully negotiating landmark deals across 27 territories, including high-profile agreements in Russia and Turkey.

 As the co-founder of Rock and Rose Studios, Jess brings her expertise and vision to this dynamic creative hub, dedicated to cutting-edge content and fostering emerging talent. With her deep industry knowledge and strategic insight, she is instrumental in shaping the studio’s growth, securing impactful partnerships, and championing innovative storytelling that resonates globally.

CeCe Lin is a recent graduate from California State University, Long Beach with dual bachelor degrees in Asian Studies and Chinese Studies. Her expertise lies in East Asia as an intercultural communications coordinator and project management.

She has worked on many projects in event execution for companies such as Asian Founded (along w/ their respective partners: Meta, IW Group Agency, APIA Scholars, etc.) and Live Love Create Events. In addition, she has experience in digital marketing, encompassing proficiency in content creation, graphic design, and talent collaboration.

CeCe has also served as the main contact for schedulings and business deals through her administrative role at Breakthrough Now! Media. This includes both domestic/western correspondence as well as international.

At Rock and Rose Studios, she aims to utilize these skills to optimize the company’s efficiency and meet its overall goals.

Clare Peskett is a qualified chartered accountant, having trained with Ernst & Young in London, before transitioning to De Beers, where she provided strategic guidance on global advertising campaigns. She later co-founded a successful independent estate agency, which now operates seamlessly, enabling her to focus her expertise on Rock and Rose Studios. Based in Barnes, Clare is an avid rower and regularly competes on the River Thames.

With a passion for music and media, Hyojung Park is a musical composer for Korean media and dramas. She has composed original background scores, four of which were featured in the Coupang Play reality series Office Romance (사내연애). In addition to composing, Hyojung actively shares original songs and remixes on platforms such as YouTube and SoundCloud, consistently building a unique musical portfolio.

Currently, Hyojung is gaining hands-on experience through an internship at Rock and Rose Studios, further expanding her understanding of creative production, media communication, and IP research. Looking ahead, she plans on continuing her pursuit in Communication and Media with the goal of merging storytelling, sound, and visual content to engage and inspire audiences across platforms.
